Counsel Hassan Radwan is one of the founding partners of Alpha Capital Law Firm and leads the firm's strategic direction in legal consultancy, commercial arbitration, and domestic and international dispute resolution.

He has more than fifteen years of legal experience gained in Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, France, Morocco, and several other countries, providing him with extensive expertise in handling complex commercial disputes and international legal matters.

He holds a Master's degree in Public Law, is a PhD researcher in Commercial Law, and is a certified arbitrator as well as a member of several arbitration institutions inside and outside the Kingdom. His expertise includes:
